About Me

Biography

I'm Pierre Robentz Cassion — IT Manager & Principal Software Engineer at Caris Foundation International, Project Analyst Consultant at Dimagi Inc., and Professor at Université d'État d'Haïti (Campus Limonade). I also serve as Vice-Président Formation, Recherche & Rayonnement at AAFDS (Amicale des Anciens de la Faculté des Sciences). My work spans digital health EHR systems, CommCare platform deployments, AI/GenAI applications (LangGraph chatbots, Claude API integrations), and data analytics. I build production systems that operate in challenging field environments across Haiti. Beyond consulting, I create bilingual content under the cafit brand — fitness and tech in English and Haitian Creole on TikTok. I'm also deeply interested in Catholic spirituality, systems-thinking, and infrastructure architecture.

Academic Background

Graduate of the Faculty of Sciences, State University of Haiti (UEH). Currently enrolled in Master 2 MBDS (Mobility, Big Data and Systems Integration) at FDS-UEH, in partnership with Université Côte d'Azur (France), under Prof. Gabriel Mopolo-Moké. Completed Oracle Database Tuning coursework (TUNE 2), UML modeling, and AWR/ADDM/STA diagnostic chain studies.

Multi-platform chatbot architecture using LangGraph (Telegram, WhatsApp, Messenger, Web) with department-based subgraph routing, Pydantic state classes, and human-in-the-loop support. GBV chatbot with PTMTCT subgraph. Claude API integration via Cloud Function proxies. AI-powered nutrition apps with meal planning and photo recognition.

Data Engineering & Analytics

SQL-based reporting with window functions, cursor-based pagination, and auto-resume mechanisms. M&E dashboards and decision-support tools. Google Apps Script automation (MySQL/AWS RDS to Google Sheets sync). AWS Elastic Beanstalk environment management and migration.
